JOB DESCRIPTION
Looking for a talented, organized, self-motivated and enthusiastic individual able to perform electrical wiring and assembly. Supervise and maintain the electrical assembly shop.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Job duties include but not limited to
- Ensure implementation of production processes
- Read electrical drawings and perform electrical wiring and assembly of control panels
- Coordinate with production manager and electrical design team for any technical issues.
- Collaboration with order entry team and documentation of each job.
- Quality check of finished product, Point-to-point checking.
- Keep the work area organized, cleaned and tidy.
- Making sure that tools are stored away properly by end of each shift.
- Identify shop needs, inventory check, shop supplies.
- Accurate time entry of each job in the system
- Take safety measures, identify any hazard, follow OH&S procedures.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Five-year hands-on experience in light assembly environment
- Strong leadership qualities
- Excellent communication, Time, and people management skills
- Familiar with MS office, and basic project management tools
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environment.
