Larlyn Property Management is a family-owned property management company with a strong presence across Ontario. We are looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join our growing team in the Golden Horseshoe region.

This role is a great fit for someone with property management experience who enjoys working on-site, supporting daily operations, and building their career in the industry.

What Youll Do

Support the Property Manager with daily property operations.
Handles day-to-day site operations: Complete site walks, check contractor work, deliver notices, and flag property concerns.
Assist with move-ins, move-outs, maintenance requests, filing, supplies, and resident/tenant communications.
Update information and workflows in Yardi.
Help prepare AGM packages, budget packages, meeting materials, and property documents.
Work with internal teams to keep files, reports, and property records up to date.
Attend meetings, training, and industry courses as needed.
General administration duties such as filing, ordering supplies, maintenance requests, etc as assigned

What Were Looking For

24 years of office, property administration, or related experience.
CMRAO Limited Licence is required.
Experience in property management is preferred.
Yardi experience is strongly preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and support a fast-paced team.
