Our Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a veterinarian who values both independence and teamwork while delivering high-quality care.

  • DVM (or equivalent) from an accredited program

  • Licensed (or eligible) in British Columbia

  • 1+ years of experience preferred, but confident new graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Confident in general medicine and routine surgery

  • Comfortable working evenings and weekends

  • Strong communication and client relationship skills

  • Values technician-supported medicine

  • Positive, collaborative, and professional mindset

Your Role & Impact

As an Associate Veterinarian, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional care through:

  • Performing physical exams and diagnosing medical conditions

  • Developing and managing individualized treatment plans

  • Performing routine surgical procedures

  • Collaborating closely with RVTs and support staff

  • Communicating clearly and compassionately with clients

  • Maintaining accurate and thorough medical records

  • Supporting a positive and efficient clinic environment
