Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean, organized shop and yard using Lean principles
- Manage inventory, including synthetic grass shipments and stock levels
- Prepare materials and load/unload trucks
- Support crews with tools and deliveries as needed
- Oversee basic fleet and equipment maintenance tracking
- Follow NWPMs 3S system: Sort, Sweep, Standardize
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and working outdoors
- Comfortable using power tools and operating equipment
- Forklift experience preferred
- Valid drivers license with clean abstract
- Comfortable working in outdoor environments year-round
- Positive attitude

This role is based in Surrey, BC, and runs Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with overtime and winter response as needed.
You will maintain a clean, organized shop and yard using Lean principles, manage inventory including synthetic grass shipments, prepare materials and load/unload trucks, support crews with tools and deliveries, and oversee basic fleet and equipment maintenance tracking.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, reliability, punctuality, ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors, comfort with power tools and equipment, and a valid driver’s license with a clean abstract.
Forklift experience is preferred but not required.
