Water Restoration Technician (Flood Tech) Vernon, BC

What the job actually looks like

This is a hands-on, physical role where no two days are the same. Youll be:

• Leading water damage and emergency response jobs
• Setting up and managing drying systems
• Directing and supporting crew members on site
• Monitoring moisture, documentation, and job progress
• Ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to standard
• Working directly with homeowners during stressful situations

Some days are fast-paced and messy. Some are quieter. You need to be good with both.

What youll need

• Valid BC Drivers Licence (clean abstract required)
• Ability to pass a criminal record check
• Experience in restoration, construction, or labour is an asset
• IICRC WRT certification is a bonus (we can help you get it)
• Experience driving a cube van or similar is an asset

This position includes an on-call rotation. We work to keep it fair and balanced, but flexibility is important in this industry.
