Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electronics Technician – Vision Systems to join the manufacturing team. This role involves assembling, wiring, testing, troubleshooting, and supporting multi-camera vision systems in a fast-paced production environment. Recent graduates with relevant technical education are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform final testing, software installation, and system functional checks.
- Complete quality assurance checklists and inventory close-out documentation.
- Record and maintain ISO shipping documentation.
- Assemble, wire, troubleshoot, and debug multi-camera vision systems.
- Perform soldering and hardware-level troubleshooting.
- Work closely with engineers and management to improve manufacturing and assembly processes.
- Organize and manage multiple tasks efficiently within a manufacturing environment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Qualifications
- College diploma or education in Engineering Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in electromechanical assembly, electronics, or quality assurance preferred.
- New graduates with hands-on technical skills are welcome to apply.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with electrical wiring, cable management, and mechanical assembly.
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and circuits.
- Experience in soldering PCB components.
- Familiarity with machine shop equipment and power tools.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems and software installation.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good technical writing and documentation skills.
- Experience with quality control or inventory management is considered an asset.
