Electronics Technician - Vision Systems

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electronics Technician – Vision Systems to join the manufacturing team. This role involves assembling, wiring, testing, troubleshooting, and supporting multi-camera vision systems in a fast-paced production environment. Recent graduates with relevant technical education are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform final testing, software installation, and system functional checks.
• Complete quality assurance checklists and inventory close-out documentation.
• Record and maintain ISO shipping documentation.
• Assemble, wire, troubleshoot, and debug multi-camera vision systems.
• Perform soldering and hardware-level troubleshooting.
• Work closely with engineers and management to improve manufacturing and assembly processes.
• Organize and manage multiple tasks efficiently within a manufacturing environment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Qualifications

• College diploma or education in Engineering Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in electromechanical assembly, electronics, or quality assurance preferred.
• New graduates with hands-on technical skills are welcome to apply.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with electrical wiring, cable management, and mechanical assembly.
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and circuits.
• Experience in soldering PCB components.
• Familiarity with machine shop equipment and power tools.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems and software installation.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good technical writing and documentation skills.
• Experience with quality control or inventory management is considered an asset.
