Account Executive – B2B Sales (Growth & New Business)

We're hiring a quota-carrying Account Executive to drive new revenue growth across existing customer accounts and new logo opportunities. This is a hunter role focused on opportunity creation, pipeline development, and closing business.

Daily Responsibilities & How You'll Succeed

  • Owning and growing revenue within a defined territory and account base (~250 accounts)

  • Proactively hunting for new opportunities within existing customers

  • Identifying and closing new logo business

  • Building and managing a healthy sales pipeline

  • Selling West X's portfolio of equipment, services, and solutions

  • Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through close

  • Working with sales leadership to consistently exceed revenue targets

What We're Looking For

  • A competitive, goal-driven sales professional

  • Strong relationship-building and discovery skills

  • Comfort prospecting and initiating sales conversations

  • Previous sales experience (B2B preferred; Retail/Hospitality considered)

  • Solid computer skills (CRM, MS Office, Outlook, etc.)

  • Eligible to work in Canada; fluent in English
