Pay & Compensation (Above Edmonton Market)

• Journeyman Rate: $32–$40/hr

• Pay based on experience, performance, and trade (HVAC or Sheet Metal)

• ✔ Signing bonus for the right candidate

What You'll Be Working On

• Commercial & residential HVAC and Sheet Metal projects

• Installations, retrofits, and system upgrades

• New construction and service support

• Working independently or leading apprentice crews

• Consistent work with an organized, growing shop

What We're Looking For

• Journeyman HVAC or Sheet Metal certification

• Commercial and/or residential experience

• Strong troubleshooting and installation skills

• Valid driver's license & clean driver's abstract

• Fluent English (spoken & written)

• Pride in workmanship and leadership mindset
