Position Responsibilities
Here's what your day-to-day looks like:
- Primary focused on maintaining accurate financial records, including tracking income and expenses, reconciling bank statements monthly, recording intercompany transactions
- Managing accounts payable accounts
- Entering financial data into QuickBooks Online and preparing financial statements
- Post-secondary education in business, finance or accounting, preferably with 5-10 years experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online required
- Proficient in the general use of computers, particularly with Sage, Microsoft Office Suite, and Outlook
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational, and mathematic skills
- Time management and communication skills
- Strong work ethic and self-motivated
