Position Details
Role: Nurse Practitioner – Medical Aesthetics

Location: Multiple locations across Canada
Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: Revenue-share compensation model (see details below)
Compensation Structure (Revenue Share)
Paid monthly on the 10th day of the following month, based on services performed directly by the NP:
  • 30% of aesthetic revenues (injections, PRP, medical lasers, etc.)
  • 45% of sclerotherapy injections
  • 50% of private medical services (minor procedures, consultations, etc.)
Illustrative earnings range from ~$185,000 (median billings) to $940,000+ (top 5 producers).

As a Nurse Practitioner on their team, you will work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment—applying your advanced clinical skills to guide patients through their aesthetic journey with integrity, artistry, and compassion.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform non-surgical aesthetic procedures within NP scope of practice, including neuromodulator injections (e.g., Botox), dermal fillers, PRP, laser treatments, and other rejuvenating therapies.
  • Conduct thorough patient consultations, assess individual needs and expectations, and develop customized treatment plans.
  • Order and interpret relevant diagnostic tests and assessments as required within provincial NP scope.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with all legal, regulatory, and college guidelines.
  • Stay current on emerging trends, techniques, and technologies in the medical aesthetics field.
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, medical aestheticians, and clinical directors to ensure optimal patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Educate patients on post-treatment care and maintenance to support long-lasting results.
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and ethical practice in accordance with provincial NP regulations.
Requirements
Education
  • Master of Nursing – Nurse Practitioner (MN-NP) or equivalent graduate-level NP degree from an accredited institution.
Certifications
  • Current registration and active NP license in good standing with the applicable provincial nursing college (e.g., CNO, CRNBC, CLPNBC, etc.).
  • Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
  • Certification or formal training in aesthetic procedures (e.g., neuromodulators, dermal fillers) is a strong asset.
Experience
  • Experience or specialized training in aesthetic medicine or dermatology is highly preferred.
  • Clinical experience in a patient-facing, autonomous practice setting.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in neuromodulator and dermal filler injections.
  • Familiarity with laser and light-based treatment platforms.
  • Comfort working within an EMR/patient charting system.
  • Proficiency in English is required; all client and colleague communication is conducted in English.
