The Opportunity
We are actively seeking driven, entrepreneurial Insurance Brokers (Independent Contractors) who are ready to take ownership of their career, income, and client relationships.
This is not a traditional “employee” role — this is an opportunity to build a book of business within a high-performance environment, backed by a brokerage that provides:

What You'll Do
- Build and manage your own book of business (personal and/or commercial lines)
- Prospect, network, and generate new business opportunities
- Provide expert insurance advice tailored to client needs
- Quote, negotiate, and bind policies with our carrier partners
- Maintain strong client relationships and retention
- Collaborate with internal support teams for servicing and processing
- Ensure compliance with all RIBO and regulatory requirements

Who You Are
- RIBO Licensed (preferred)
- Minimum 1–3+ years of insurance sales experience preferred
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to grow income
- Strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and performance-oriented
- Committed to delivering exceptional client experience
Compensation
- Commission-based (independent contractor structure)
- Uncapped earning potential
