The Opportunity

Position Summary
Urbantech is currently seeking a Contract Administrator with experience in the municipal and subdivision development field. The successful candidate will support project teams through all phases of contract administration, coordination, and communication.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare contract and tender documents
Assist with preparing cost estimates
Perform quantity take-offs and measurements
Review and prepare contractors progress payment certificates
Assist with letter of credit reduction requests on behalf of clients
Provide support and attend limited field inspections, as required
Perform siting and plot plan reviews
Stay up to date with relevant policies, guidelines, and new technologies
Coordinate and communicate with clients, contractors, and other professional consultants

Qualifications & Requirements

2-5 years experience doing a similar role.
University degree or college diploma in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or
Construction Management (preferred)
Experience in the municipal and/or land development industry is an asset
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
