Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role involves handling both outbound and inbound shipments in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is physically capable, detail-oriented, and takes initiative during downtime. Key Responsibilities: o Load outbound trailers as the top priority o Assist with inbound shipments as needed o Unload tires stacked in a braided pattern by sliding and "bumping" them onto trucks o Safely roll, move, and stack tires within the warehouse o Follow all instructions provided by the supervisor o Maintain a clean and organized work area o Proactively seek additional tasks during downtime Requirements: o On call, usually an hour before the shift o Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs o Strong work ethic and reliability o Ability to work in a physically demanding environment o Excellent attendance and punctuality o Willingness to follow safety guidelines and workplace policies Workplace Expectations: o Cell phone use is not permitted during working hours; devices must be left in your car o Must adhere to all company policies and procedures If you are interested in this position please contact the office at 519-453-9021 to be placed on a waitlist and reference Order # 454250 Accommodations are available upon request for all individuals with disabilities taking part in the recruitment and selection process.
