- 3+ years of leadership experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on leadership style

- Organize and supervise up to 10 employees
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with training requirements
- Manage daily operations, task assignments, and equipment checks
- Oversee material loading, scheduling, and documentation
- Drive continuous improvement and meet customer expectations
