As a Restaurant Line Cook, you will play a vital role in preparing and cooking dishes to ensure high-quality meals for our guests. Working within a small kitchen team of 1-5 members, you will collaborate closely with chefs and managers to maintain cleanliness, safety, and consistency in every dish served. The position involves working flexible rotating shifts to meet operational needs.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Plate meals with attention to presentation and portion control
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
- Ensure food quality and safety compliance at all times
- Collaborate effectively with Head Chef, Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager, and Restaurant Manager

- Some experience preferred

The salary range is $15.00–$18.00 per hour.
