Position: Security Guard - Concierge/ Patrol

Location: North York, ON

Payrate: $18.00 per hour

Status: Full-time

Shift: Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed and Thur | (Overnight Shifts)

Overview:

Allied Universal is seeking an experienced Security Guard - Concierge/patrol to oversee one of our residential sites in North York. The ideal candidate is a seasoned individual with excellent communication skills, willing to work night shifts, and able to work with a dynamic security team. If you have experience as in residential security, enjoy patrolling, and can maintain a high level of professionalism, we'd like to hear from you.

Requirements:

Experience in Concierge Security experience.
Proficiency in basic computer skills and wireless technology.
Excellent written and oral communication
Must have a valid Ontario Security License.
Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.
First Aid and CPR
Valid Driver's Licence is an asset
Must be at least 25 years old.
High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, occasionally climb stairs, and lift or carry up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities:

Conduct regular patrols of the designated area to monitor and ensure the safety and security of the premises.
Maintain detailed records of patrols, documenting incidents, irregularities, and any equipment malfunctions.
Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and other property staff.
Maintain a professional attitude towards training and security protocols, including emergency response and communications.
Address and resolve resident complaints, ensuring total client satisfaction.
Support property management with any additional tasks as required.
