The Role

We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor (not a people manager) to manage day-to-day operations in a small parts warehouse. This is a high-ownership role focused on execution, organization, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all warehouse activities: receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping
• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and controls
• Organize warehouse layout and optimize storage/slotting
• Process orders and support backorder management
• Ability to navigate an ERP system, to make stock adjustments, review orders & review data
• Ensure compliance with health & safety standards
• Build and dismantle shipping crates using power tools
• Operate material handling equipment for larger machine crates (forklift, etc.)
• Support light assembly and occasional lab activities
• Identify and implement process improvements

What We're Looking For

• 3–7 years of hands-on warehouse experience (parts distribution preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems and shipping processes
• Comfortable using power tools and
• Operate material handling equipment
• Physically capable of lifting up to 75 lbs
• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to travel to the USA for additional training

Compensation

• $27-30/hour (higher wage for highly experienced candidates)
• Benefits and RRSP matching after probation
• Monday–Friday, 40-hour work week
• 2 weeks (10 days) vacation in addition to company observed holidays.
