Our Client, a trusted partner in Canada's telecom industry, is hiring energetic and customer-focused Store Sales Representatives to join their growing retail team.
Whether you have prior sales experience or are looking to start your career in telecommunications, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and grow within a high-demand industry.
Experience with providers like TELUS, Koodo, Rogers or Bell is considered a strong asset.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Promote and sell telecom products including mobile plans, internet, and home security services
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
- Make outbound calls for follow-ups, retention, and promotions
- Provide excellent customer service both in-store and over the phone
- Stay updated on the latest products, plans, and offers
- Maintain a clean and engaging retail environment
- Strong interest in sales with a target-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience (preferred, not required)
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends
- Legally authorized to work in Canada

This position is based in Mississauga, ON, with two listed locations: Glen Erin and Platinum Drive in Mississauga.
