Project Description
- Service Asset & Configuration Management (SACM) Analyst with expertise in ServiceNow HAM Pro and/or SAM Pro.
- The role requires a strong understanding of asset lifecycle management, configuration management, and IT service mapping.
- This role will be responsible for ensuring IT assets are effectively managed, tracked, and optimized while maintaining compliance and governance standards.
Must Have:
- Experience in manage and track IT hardware and software assets using ServiceNow HAM Pro & SAM Pro.
- Maintain and improve the accuracy and completeness of the ServiceNow CMDB.
- Ensure IT asset and configuration processes comply with company policies and industry standards
