Operations and Systems Coordinator

Recovery Coach Academy of Canada

Recovery Coach Academy Canada delivers nationally recognized, recovery-focused training programs designed to prepare individuals to become Certified Recovery Coach Professionals. The Recovery Training Institute expands this work through online and in-person education focused on recovery, mental health, organizational culture, and professional development.

Together, these organizations are building innovative training programs, professional standards, online learning platforms, and communities of practice that support individuals, organizations, and systems across Canada.

Recovery Coach Academy Canada and The Recovery Training Institute are seeking an exceptionally organized, technology-savvy, and highly capable Operations and Systems Coordinator to support our rapidly growing national training organizations.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys bringing order to complexity, and takes pride in building systems that improve efficiency and support organizational growth. • Develop dashboards and visualizations using Microsoft Power BI.
  • Analyze participation data, training metrics, and organizational performance indicators.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong technical ability and confidence learning new software quickly.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Power BI.
  • Experience with Arlo, Absorb LMS, and The Mighty is considered a strong asset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and solve problems effectively.
  • Experience in startup, high-growth, or rapidly changing environments is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and accountability.

Personal Attributes:

  • Highly organized, adaptable, and solutions-focused.
