ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently seeking an experienced Framer / Builder to join our installation team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, values quality craftsmanship, and takes pride in completing projects from start to finish.

Youll assist with the installation of premium outdoor living products, including patio structures, motorized screens, and louvered roof systems for residential and commercial projects throughout the Edmonton area and surrounding communities.

The ideal candidate has experience in construction and framing, is confident using power tools, and works well in a fast-paced team environment with a strong focus on safety and quality.

WHAT YOULL DO

• Install custom outdoor structures including patio enclosures, pergolas, louvered roofs, and retractable screens

• Read and work from drawings, measurements, and installation plans

• Load, transport, and organize tools and materials at job sites

• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively

• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional worksite

• Communicate with customers during installations and represent the company professionally

• Train and supportcrewas needed

• Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

• Proven construction, carpentry, or installation experience
  
• Carpentry experience required
• Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
  
• Ability to read measurements and interpret drawings

• Experience leading or mentoring others is an asset

• Ability to lift and carry up to75lbs regularly

• Comfortable using ladders, scaffolding, and safety equipment

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
