We are currently hiring a Millwright (433A) for a leading food processing and manufacturing facility in Burlington, Ontario.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Millwright looking for stable employment, competitive pay, and strong benefits in a high-demand manufacturing environment.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in industrial maintenance, mechanical troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and food manufacturing or FMCG production environments.
Available Shifts (Choose One)-Afternoon Shift: 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM-Night Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM OR 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM Night shift includes $2.00/hour premium
Key Responsibilities – MillwrightPerform preventive maintenance (PM), predictive maintenance (PDM), and corrective maintenance (CM) on production equipmentTroubleshoot and repair industrial machinery and mechanical systemsWork on equipment including:>Conveyors and packaging systems>Pumps, grinders, fans, and blowers>Hydraulic and pneumatic systems>Welding equipment, lathes, and power toolsPerform TIG welding and mechanical fabrication/repairsInstall, align, and commission new machinery and production equipmentRespond to maintenance work orders using a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)Complete accurate documentation for maintenance, inventory, and labour trackingFollow all GMP and food safety standardsWork collaboratively with production and maintenance teams in a fast-paced environment
RequirementsValid Industrial Millwright License (433A required)Experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or food processing environmentsStrong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skillsProficient in TIG weldingAbility to work in a fast-paced production environmentPhysically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbsComfortable working in hot and cold industrial environmentsMust have own toolsStrong English communication skillsMust be legally eligible to work in Canada

Two fixed shifts are available: Afternoon 5:00 PM–1:00 AM or Night 10:00 PM–6:30 AM (or 11:00 PM–7:30 AM, with a $2.00/hour premium for night shift).
The compensation is $44.25 per hour.
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment, troubleshoot and repair machinery, work on conveyors, pumps, grinders, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, weld and fabricate as needed, install and commission new equipment, and document maintenance using a CMMS.
A valid Industrial Millwright License (433A), experience in industrial maintenance or food processing, proficiency in TIG welding, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and own tools.
This is a full-time Millwright position in Burlington, Ontario, with Fuze HR Solutions Inc.
