Position Senior Project Manager Global Surf Destination Construction & Integration
Department Endless Surf (ES)
Location Vancouver, BC
Reports to Chief Operating Officer - Endless Surf
Purpose
Were looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of Endless Surf projects globally, from contract award through construction, commissioning, and operational launch.
This is not a traditional construction role.
Youll oversee the civil engineering, construction, commissioning and integration of Endless Surfs proprietary wave systems within large-scale resort, hospitality, and mixed-use developments, coordinating across engineering, construction, operations, and client teams to construct deliver world-class surf destinations.
Youll play a critical role in helping scale one of the most exciting growth companies in surf and experiential development.
Key Responsibilities What Youll Be Up To
- Lead end-to-end delivery of global Endless Surf projects
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and controls to drive design coordination and technical documentation to ensure constructability, sequencing, design compliance, and alignment with overall project schedules
- Manage construction execution, procurement, commissioning, and operational launch
- Act as the primary interface between Endless Surf, developers, consultants, and contractors
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, on budget, and operationally ready on Day 1
- Help establish scalable project delivery systems, governance, and reporting standards as the company grows internationally
Qualifications & Experience Hard Skills Qualify You
- 10+ years leading complex commercial construction or infrastructure projects
- Strong experience managing multidisciplinary systems integration and project delivery
- Post-secondary education in engineering (civil, structural, industrial, mechanical and/or electrical), construction management, or related field
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
- Formally trained in PMP or equivalent project management principles
- Strong commercial acumen, including contract execution, cost control, and cash flow management
- Proficiency in project tools (MS Project, Excel, SharePoint; ERP experience an asset)
- Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- International travel required (up to ~40%)
Bonus Experience
- Entertainment, theme parks, resorts, or destination developments
- Large civil or commercial construction project experience
- Complex mechanical/electrical system or large scale complex capital design and installation
- Owners representative or developer-side roles in large scale, complex projects
