The Role:
Were looking for a driven, people-first Store Manager to take the reins at our Government Street, Victoria store. This is your chance to lead a passionate team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and make a real impact in our customers' lives.

What youll be doing
- Lead, coach and inspire your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Drive sales performance and smash targets
- Create a high-energy, positive store culture
- Partner with your Optometrist to grow both retail and clinical success
- Run a smooth, efficient operationwithout ever compromising on service
What were looking for
- Proven Store Management experience in Optics or Retail at a Senior Store Manager level (or equivalent)
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- High energy and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills - you know how to motivate and develop a team
- Commercial mindset with a drive to achieve results
