Responsibilities - Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively. - Perform accurate data entry tasks, ensuring all information is up-to-date and correctly recorded in the system. - Communicate clearly with customers over the phone, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and professionalism. - Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference. - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction. Requirements -Proficiency in data entry with a strong attention to detail. -Experience EDI - Electronic Data Interchange or retail CTC -Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous. -Ability to analyze information quickly and communicate effectively with customers. -Strong phone etiquette skills, ensuring a positive experience for every caller. -A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
