Site Superintendent In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations related to all stages of construction for a large multi-phase community in south Barrie. Your ability to understand the needs of each contracted group while ensuring deadlines are met in a production environment will be essential to your success in this role. You will receive a salary commensurate with experience together with a competitive benefits and group RRSP plan. You will be primarily working out of our latest development site at the south end of Barrie. Qualifications * 10+ years of direct experience working as a Site Superintendent for both Rough and Finish stages of low and/or medium density homes. * Solid working knowledge of Tarion's Construction Performance Guidelines * Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience working with Newstar is an asset. * Excellent communication skills both written and oral * Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle * Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze and respond efficiently and effectively to issues and obstacles as they arise.
