We are seeking a Project/Bid Administrator to join our team on a temporary 6-month contract. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and organized professional who will support the full bid lifecycle, project documentation, and administrative coordination for our institutional and commercial construction projects.Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the full bid lifecycle, from initial tender document review through coordination and final submission.
• Review and interpret tender packages, contracts, drawings, and project specifications.
• Compile, organize, and submit bid packages in accordance with client requirements and deadlines.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, procurement, and project teams to gather required bid information.
• Review and evaluate subcontractor and vendor quotations for competitiveness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Track and manage active bids through online tendering platforms and internal systems.
• Draft, review, and refine proposal documentation to ensure clarity, completeness, and compliance.
• Conduct market research to support competitive pricing strategies and bid preparation.
• Attend site visits as required to develop a working understanding of project scope and conditions.
• Develop and maintain working relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
• Support project administration through document control, file management, and coordination of project-related documentation.
• Provide general administrative support for bidding, estimating, and project coordination.
• Other duties as required.Qualifications:
• 2–4 years of experience in construction administration, bid coordination, or project administration, preferably in ICI construction.
• Strong understanding of tendering processes, construction contracts, drawings, and specifications.
• Experience with online tendering platforms and bid submission systems.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong document management capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with construction management software is an asset.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid G driver's license and reliable transportation considered an asset for occasional site visits.What We Offer:
