We are currently hiring Servers for temporary assignments in Assisted Living and Healthcare facilities in Edmonton, AB. This is not a restaurant position — this role focuses on providing respectful, supportive meal service to residents in a care environment.
This position is ideal for compassionate, patient, and reliable individuals who enjoy working with seniors and vulnerable populations.
Location: Edmonton, AB
Pay Rate: $17.83/hour (No tips – hourly position)
Schedule: Morning & Afternoon Shifts | Weekdays & Weekends Available
Responsibilities:

• Serve meals and beverages to residents in dining rooms or resident suites
• Follow dietary restrictions and special meal requirements
• Set up and clear dining areas
• Assist residents as needed during meal service
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Work closely with dietary and care teams to ensure a positive dining experience
  

Requirements:

• Previous serving or food service experience considered an asset
• Experience working with seniors or in healthcare settings is an asset
• Valid Food Safe Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Must be able to complete a Vulnerable Sector Check
• Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks
