What You Will Do
Reporting tothe Director of Real EstateDevelopment,theDevelopmentProjectManager oversees the planningand constructionof housing developmentprojects on behalf ofGVHS.Responsibilitiesinclude but are not limitedtooverseeing construction and design teams to create new housing,writingaffordable housing funding proposals, feasibilitystudies, andfacilitatedstakeholder engagementactivities.

- Knowledge and understanding ofCodes, Regulations,Land andRealEstateDevelopment,LandUsePlanning
- Knowledge ofmultifamilyreal estate financing
- Strong abilities withShare Point, Microsoft Word,Exceland ProjectManagement Software
- Ability todevelopproject proformas to assess the feasibility of a project
- Ability to read and understand drawings andspecifications
- Ability to makedecisions, assess situations and todeterminethe importance,urgencyand risks and make clear decisionswhich aretimely
- Ability to work cooperatively with othersonan interdisciplinary team
- Excellent written and oral communication,presentationand interpersonal skills
- Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities

- Due to the collaborative and site-based nature of housing development, this role requires regular in-office work at GVHS and frequent attendance at project sites. Remote work is not a standardcomponentof this position.
Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 yearly salary.
