As a Junior Sales Representative, you play a vital role in supporting daily sales operations, generating leads, and building strong customer relationships. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals beginning their sales career, offering opportunities for skill development, mentorship, and career progression within a dynamic inside sales environment. You will operate as an individual contributor, focusing on inside sales projects without travel requirements, and gain exposure to the full sales cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Support the team in daily sales activities, customer interactions, and quoting process
  • Prospect and qualify leads to maintain a steady pipeline of potential clients
  • Present, promote, and sell products or services using persuasive communication
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
  • Assist in resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly
  • Track sales activities and report weekly progress toward targets
  • Participate in training programs to develop sales techniques, product knowledge, and business skills

Required Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a relevant experience
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Effective time management, organizational, and prioritization abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Self motivated and target-driven, able to work independently and within a team
