We are seeking a Project Manager to join a Building Restoration Consulting team in Calgary. This role is responsible for leading projects through all phases—from initial design to construction and final delivery—while working closely with senior leadership. The ideal candidate brings a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional engineering services.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Collaboration
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented approach
- Foster collaboration, accountability, and a client-first mindset across project teams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants
- Manage restoration projects from concept through to completion
- Lead proposal development, including scope definition, budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning
- Conduct site investigations and technical evaluations
- Prepare detailed reports, including findings, recommendations, and design direction
- Develop restoration designs, including specifications, scopes of work, and drawings
- Lead client meetings and communicate project updates, milestones, and changes
- Oversee tendering and contract administration, including bid review, contractor selection, and change order management
- Stay current with industry trends, codes, and best practices
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members
- Represent the organization at industry events and networking functions
- Participate in occasional travel within Canada
- Support additional duties as required
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in building envelope and/or structural restoration
- Registered with or eligible for registration with APEGA
- Demonstrated experience applying project management principles, including budgeting, scheduling, and scope control
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust with clients and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and client-focused mindset

- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
