Junior Production Manager

Fredericton (Student Works) Exterior Cleaning is a growing service business specializing in window cleaning, gutter cleaning, siding cleaning, and interlock re-grouting. We take pride in delivering high-quality results and a strong customer experience across Fredericton.

We are hiring a Production Manager to oversee daily operations, manage crews, and ensure all exterior cleaning projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.

• Manage and oversee field crews on job sites
• Coordinate scheduling and daily production targets
• Ensure quality control across all services (window, gutter, siding cleaning, and interlock re-grouting)
• Train and support team members to improve performance
• Communicate with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain safety standards and proper job site procedures
• Track job progress and report on production metrics

• $24–$36 per hour
• Commission and performance-based bonuses
• Flexible schedule

• Location: Fredericton
• Schedule: Flexible
