Customer Service / Front Office Coordinator – Dental Laboratory

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Location: On-site (Dental Laboratory)

About the Role

A growing dental laboratory is seeking a Customer Service / Front Office Coordinator to support daily operations and act as a key point of contact between the lab and dental clients. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, communicative, and comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage case intake and inbound work, ensuring all required information and materials are received
  • Handle scheduling and coordination of cases throughout production
  • Provide customer service support to dental offices via phone and email
  • Perform case follow-up to ensure timelines and expectations are met
  • Assist with invoicing and billing-related tasks
  • Schedule deliveries and pickups with couriers and internal teams
  • Maintain accurate records and case documentation in lab systems
  • Communicate proactively with internal departments to support on-time delivery

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience in customer service, front office, or administrative roles (dental or healthcare preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency with basic computer systems (practice management or lab software a plus)
