- conference room bookings
- Uptime - building management system
- lunch & learn organization
- meeting assistance/org
- office supply management
- receiving schedules, letters, package..
- coordinate office maintenance/accounts: security, hydro, coffee, recycling, cleaners, etc
- liaison with other administrative departments such as accounting
- Onboarding assistance
Project specific:
- meeting minutes, agendas
- take on some project coord tasks for projects without PC
- admin type tasks
