The Senior Architectural Design Technologist will contribute to all stages of project development, working with consultants in completing various project deliverables. The responsibilities will include conception, design-to-fit customer needs, and team collaboration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Creation, design, and execution of projects in a high volume of production.
• Identify specific needs on architectural guidelines for new and current subdivisions.
• Create Revit working drawings, compile specifications, cost estimates, and material quantity lists based on initial design concepts and instructions.
• Building architectural and display models, as well as developing three-dimensional virtual models to visualize architectural designs effectively.
• Design high-visibility elevations and modifications as required by Architectural Guidelines.
• Coordination with other departments and external stakeholders.
• Release drawings to all concerned parties.
• Contribute to the review of the drawing packages for accuracy, design integrity, and code compliance.
• Organize and present new ideas.
• Perform quantity take offs and estimating as required.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
