We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join a fast-paced industrial supply environment. This role is ideal for a customer-focused sales professional who enjoys handling inquiries, preparing quotes, negotiating pricing, and providing product solutions to contractors and trade customers.
Key Responsibilities- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer calls and emails
- Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up on inquiries
- Negotiate pricing and offer suitable product alternatives when needed
- Resolve customer service issues efficiently and professionally
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and repeat customers
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and inventory
- Work closely with the warehouse and counter team to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- 35 years of inside sales experience, preferably in electrical, industrial, or construction supply
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
- Comfortable negotiating pricing and closing sales
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
