Full-time Bilingual French Collections Role Available!

This is a permanent role with medical and dental benefits! The position is remote (may change to hybrid for those living in Ontario). In-office days are required in North York as needed.

Remote work (may transition to hybrid)
Experience in Collections or Banking is required
Pay: $20/hr
Must live in the GTA and be able to work in-office as required

Job Responsibilities:

Our Financial Customer Service Collections Representatives handle inbound and outbound customer interactions while maintaining a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service, sensitivity, and urgency.

Schedule:

5 days a week with a rotational schedule
Operating hours:
- Monday to Friday: 7:00am to 11:00pm EST
- Saturday: 8:00am to 6:00pm EST
- Sunday: 1:00pm to 8:00pm EST

Requirements / Exigences:

Must speak French / Doit parler français
Must have experience in collections or banking
Quiet workspace at home with high-speed internet / Espace de travail calme à la maison avec Internet à haute vitesse
