About the Role:
Were looking for an experiencedEquipment Technician to support a service territory across Saskatchewan.
This is a hands-on, field-based role suited for someone who is confident working independently, troubleshooting issues on-site, and managing their own day-to-day priorities. Youll play a key role in keeping equipment running reliably across your assigned region, with support from a central operations team when needed.
Typical breakdown:
~70% maintenance, monitoring & troubleshooting
~20% installations & upgrades
~10% reporting, inventory, and coordination
What Youll Do
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot roadside enforcement systems (cameras, radar, and related components)
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in the field with minimal downtime
- Perform inspections, calibration, and system performance checks
- Support installations, upgrades, and ongoing system improvements
- Maintain accurate service records, inventory, and zone data
- Coordinate with internal teams and provide technical support as needed
What Success Looks Like
- Equipment across your territory is operating reliably and consistently
- Issues are resolved efficiently, with limited escalation
- Installations and maintenance work are completed to a high standard
- You operate confidently in the field and contribute to overall team performance
What You Bring
- 47+ years of hands-on experience in field service, electronics, or related technical work
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work through issues independently
- Experience working with electronic or low-voltage systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and schematics
- Organized and able to manage your own workload and priorities
- Comfortable working outdoors and traveling within Saskatchewan
- Valid drivers license
Nice to have:
- Experience with cameras, radar systems, or network-connected devices
- Field service experience with diagnostics and system performance monitoring
