Overview
We are a fast-growing, global aesthetics pharmaceutical company establishing and scaling our Canadian commercial organization. We are seeking a Marketing Manager to build and execute our Canadian marketing strategy during a pivotal phase of commercial growth. This role will be responsible for shaping commercial strategy, strengthening brand presence, and driving demand across our aesthetic portfolio.
This is a highly visible, hands-on role for an experienced marketing leader who thrives in a growth-stage environment and has the proven ability to translate strategy into measurable commercial results.
Key Responsibilities

• Drive brand positioning, messaging, and campaign execution across multiple channels
• Develop programs to drive consumer awareness, customer adoption, and empowers sales team to be successful with customers
• Partner closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory to ensure compliant, effective go-to-market strategies
• Oversee product launches, lifecycle management, and portfolio optimization
• Leverage data and insights to guide decision-making, measure performance, and continuously improve impact
• Product management including forecasting, demand planning, market research, ROI analysis
• Manage agency partners, budgets, and vendor relationships with strong financial discipline

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in marketing, business administration or related field required, MBA considered an asset.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive marketing leadership experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Significant experience in aesthetics, pharma, biotech, or other regulated healthcare environments
• Proven track record of building brands and driving commercial growth
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills
• Hands-on, adaptable leader comfortable operating in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial organizationFrench is considered an asset
