Branch Administrator Lloydminster, AB

Role Summary

PTW is seeking a Branch Administrator to join our team in Lloydminster, AB. This role supports branch operations through administrative coordination, accounting support, payroll processing, and project documentation management in a fast-paced industrial environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a variety of branch and site-specific documentation, correspondence, and administrative requirements
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Perform project and branch accounting functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, monthly reconciliations, month-end processes, and general accounting support
  • Process timesheets, payroll updates, and related payroll issues daily
  • Prepare shipping, courier, and project-related documentation
  • Coordinate receipt and processing of submittals from subcontractors and vendors
  • Maintain office organization, supplies, equipment, and overall branch administrative support
  • Support branch operations while ensuring compliance with company safety standards and procedures
Qualifications / Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Basic knowledge of general accounting principles
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Previous experience in construction, industrial, or oil & gas environments is considered an asset
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Reliable transportation and ability to work locally in Lloydminster, AB
  • Ability to perform duties in a safety-conscious manner
