Independent Contractor – Floor Refinishing (Parquet Repair & Sanding)

Location: Cornwall, ON

We are seeking an experienced independent contractor for ongoing vacant unit turnover floor refinishing, specializing in parquet repair and sanding, in the Cornwall area.

Work Includes:

Sanding and refinishing of hardwood and parquet flooring
Parquet block repairs and replacements
Spot repairs and blending for damaged flooring
Staining, sealing, and finishing to turnover standards
Completion of flooring punch‑lists within set timelines
