POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Shop Assembler / Cabinet Maker to build and assemble custom cabinetry, millwork, and related products. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to read shop drawings, and experience working with woodworking tools and materials.
WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Full-time, Monday–Friday (7:30am–5:00pm)
  
• Shop environment (noise, dust, and equipment, PPE required)
  
• Benefits available after probation
  
• Wage: $24–$30/hour, based on experience
  

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build and assemble cabinets, countertops, and custom millwork
  
• Fabricate wood, laminate, and solid surface components
  
• Read and verify shop drawings and measurements
  
• Operate woodworking equipment and hand tools safely
  
• Build custom components, jigs, and templates as needed
  
• Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with the team
  
• Support installations as required
  
• Maintain quality standards and meet production deadlines
  
• Other duties as assigned
  

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in cabinetry or cabinet making
  
• Journeyman certification (preferred)
  
• Strong ability to read drawings and measurements (metric & imperial)
  
• Proficient with hand and power tools
  
• Ability to work independently and in a team
