About the Opportunity
This is not a typical property management role.
We are representing a top-tier, fully integrated real estate developer-builder with a 70+ year legacy of delivering some of the most recognizable residential communities in the GTA. Their projects are known for design excellence, long-term quality, and strong resident communities.
They are seeking a Property Manager to play a key role supporting operations at a flagship, two-tower condominium community in the heart of Toronto — a highly visible asset within their portfolio.
This role offers a rare opportunity to:
  • Gain exposure to a marquee, large-scale asset
  • Work alongside an experienced Senior Property Manager and leadership team
  • Develop your career within a well-structured, high-performing environment
  • Build hands-on experience across operations, financials, and resident relations
If you're looking to accelerate your career within a best-in-class organization, this is an ideal next step.
The Role
As the Property Manager, you will support the day-to-day operations of a high-profile condominium community, working closely with the Senior Property Manager and Board of Directors.
You will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, resident satisfaction, and compliance, while gaining exposure to larger-scale property management responsibilities.
This is a growth-oriented role, ideal for someone ready to step into a more complex, high-visibility environment.

  • Support and attend board meetings, AGMs, and resident communications
  • Respond to resident inquiries and service requests in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist with emergency response planning and health & safety compliance
  • Collaborate with on-site staff, including administrators and support personnel
Who You Are
  • 3+ years of residential condominium property management experience
  • CMRAO General License (required)
