We are looking for a skilled and passionate Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a high-volume bakery, a love for creating delicious pastries and breads, and a strong understanding of food safety and hygiene.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods.
- Follow recipes accurately and consistently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station.
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are met.
- Monitor ingredient inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist with the development of new recipes.
- Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Baker, preferably in a commercial setting.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Commitment to quality and consistency.
- Culinary diploma or certification is a plus.

The salary range is $35000.00–$45000.00 per year.
This is a full-time position at BT in the Retail category.
