Job Summary:

As a Food Server at [Company Name], you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations within our partner restaurants. You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, taking orders accurately, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment.

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables
• Present menus and provide detailed information about specials and menu items
• Answer questions regarding food, beverages, and allergens
• Take orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
• Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently
• Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any needs
• Process payments accurately and provide change or receipts
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a food server in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience with different cuisines or fine dining
• Fluency in multiple languages
• Certification in food handling or responsible alcohol service
