Electrical Site Supervisor

About the roleWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to join our Lower Mainland team. The Site Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations at our project sites, ensuring that all work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Here's how your role will strengthen our team:Site Supervisor responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of the site crewEnsure compliance with safety regulations and company policiesMonitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Project ManagerDevelop and maintain project schedules and assist in forecasting labor and material needsResolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-siteMaintain accurate records of site activities and materialsCollaborate with other departments to ensure project successMaintain daily logs and track and communicate project constraintsTool and equipment management with internal softwareMaterial procurement, tracking and handlingSite Supervisor qualificationsCertified Red Seal Journey ElectricianMinimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the electrical contracting industryStrong knowledge of electrical systems and construction practicesExcellent leadership skills with ability to manage apprentices and journeypersonsExcellent interpersonal and English communication skillsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsComputer proficiency, and ability to use project management software and tools, including Procore, Bluebeam and ReviztoSalary & BenefitsCompensation is based on IBEW 213 Collective Agreement, includes great benefits and RRSP programOpportunities for professional development and career advancementSupportive and collaborative work environmentMust be a member of the IBEW 213 Union or willing to become one.
