- Lead end-to-end management of pump station and wastewater infrastructure projects—from planning through execution and closeout.
- Oversee multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, subcontractors, and field personnel, ensuring clear communication and seamless collaboration.
- Serve as the primary liaison with clients, consultants, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource planning to meet milestones and financial objectives.
- Enforce compliance with health & safety standards, quality assurance protocols, and environmental regulations.
- Identify and mitigate risks proactively, resolving issues quickly to maintain momentum and project integrity.
- Mentor junior team members, fostering skill development and leadership growth.
- Deliver accurate and timely project reports, documentation, and progress updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing pump station, water/wastewater treatment, or comparable infrastructure projects.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to pump station systems and operations is highly preferred.
- Post-secondary education in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated success in project leadership, budget control, and stakeholder engagement.
