Reporting Relationship: The Estimator will report to the Operations Manager
Job Summary
The Collision Repair Estimator & Technician is a unique entry-to-mid-level opportunity for someone looking to build a career in collision repair. You'll gain hands-on experience in both vehicle repairs and damage estimating — working closely with technicians and estimators to support accurate, efficient repairs.
This role is designed as a development career path into either an Estimator or Body Technician position, based on your performance and career interests.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with vehicle teardown and disassembly
• Document and photograph damage for estimating
• Work closely with estimators to prepare accurate repair plans
• Communicate additional damage or repair needs to the team
• Support techs with parts removal, labelling, and organization
• Keeping your work area clean and organized
What We're Looking For
• Basic automotive or collision repair experience/training
• Detail-oriented and eager to learn both hands-on and planning aspects
• Comfortable using tablets, cameras, and other technology
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and transportation to and from work required.
