- Perform general administrative work via both phone & email
- Deal with inbound and outbound calls
- Build and maintain various excel spreadsheets
- Assist with email communication management, gathering information & details
- Communicate & support internal account managers with new client opportunities / needs
- Communicate various partners for pricing & service availability
- Facilitate any short-term projects, communication relating, but not limited to, the arrival, & departure of goods within one or many distribution facilities
- Log & processing internal billing records
- Maintain & update vendor internal lists
- Prepare internal / external customer pricing documents
- Coordinate transportation details and advise on any delays or problems that may arise
- Out of the box thinker with an analytical approach and strong attention to detail
- Works well and enjoys the challenge of a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a 4PL, and warehousing
- Excellent computer skills (excel, word, outlook)
- Works well under pressure & strong organizational skills
- Good people skills, team player
- Able to develop and maintain effective, positive internal/external working relationships with diverse groups of individuals throughout the organization
