About the opportunity…

As an integral part of the “we can do that” operation, this position is responsible for lot maintenance, parking control, and vehicle arrangement. Specifically:

  • Greet all customers promptly and professionally as they arrive in the service drive-through.
  • Direct customers to the appropriate service advisor or waiting area.
  • Check in vehicles using an iPad/tablet, including verifying appointment details, mileage, and VIN.
  • Perform vehicle condition inspections at check-in, including tire tread and pressure, windshield and wiper condition, and noting any dents, scratches, or other visible damage.
  • Safely move, park, and retrieve customer vehicles as required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service drive-through area.
  • Assist with installation/removal of protective coverings (seat, steering wheel, floor mats) to ensure vehicle cleanliness.
  • Support service advisors with customer flow management during peak times.
  • Provide courtesy services such as topping up windshield washer fluid, tire pressure checks, and light bulb inspections (as directed).
  • Deliver exceptional customer service that aligns with Mercedes-Benz brand standards.
  • Ensure safe handling of all vehicles, following dealership and manufacturer guidelines.
  • Assist with shuttle coordination, customer drop-offs/pick-ups, and loaner vehicle exchanges as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with the service team to ensure smooth operations.

About you….

Ideal candidates will have a background and experience as follows:

  • 1 to 3 years of previous vehicle parking; dealership experience preferred
  • Secondary School diploma, or equivalent experience
  • ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles
  • valid Driver's License and clean Drivers Abstract
  • strong attention to detail, organized and strategic
  • ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • ability to adapt to a changing environment
  • ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
  • ability to maintain professionalism
